Boxing Day is always on the Day after Christmas Day i.e. 26th December however the associated Bank Holiday will move to the following Monday if Boxing Day falls on a Saturday and Tuesday if the 26th December is a Sunday (as the Bank holiday associated with Christmas Day is on the Monday)
New Year's Eve
I'm sure you know this also however just to confirm that there are 31 days in December New Year's Eve is on December 31st.Â
